Indro Roy is an Executive Director at Deloitte Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. He leads the CEO Program and the firm’s Human Capital Advisory practice, advising senior leaders and boards on culture, talent, and transformation.
Over nearly three decades in consulting, Indro has built and led leadership practices at Hewitt Associates, Korn Ferry, and now Deloitte, with global impact across 17 countries in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
He was one of the founding team for Deloitte’s Global Future of Work Center of Excellence in partnership with the Singapore government, where he pioneered new thinking on workforce transformation, innovation culture, and thriving in uncertainty.
With a dual background in technology and psychology, Indro brings a rare combination of systems thinking and human insight. His clients include governments, multinationals, and startups navigating the future of work.
